PRIVACY POLICY

Antav Global ("we", "us", or "our") publishes Word of Tara, a mobile vocabulary learning app for iOS (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and how we handle it.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• We do not require an account or registration.
• Most App data (translation preferences and onboarding choice) stays on your device only and is not sent to our servers.
• We do not operate our own backend or cloud save service for the App.
• The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect data as described below.

We do not ask for or collect the following through our own systems:

• Email address, phone number, or postal address
• Account login credentials
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data
• Payment card or banking details

The App stores the following locally on your iPhone (for example in on-device storage) to provide features and settings. This information is not transmitted to Antav Global servers:

• Whether you chose to show translations
• Your selected translation language (Finnish, Swedish, German, Spanish, or Estonian)
• Whether you have completed first-launch onboarding

Deleting the App removes this locally stored data from your device unless iOS retains backups you restore later.

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including:

• Banner ads
• Full-screen interstitial ads (for example during quiz use)

When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as:

• Device identifiers
• Coarse location (for example derived from IP address)
• Ad interaction and performance data
• Diagnostic and crash-related data related to ad delivery

This data may be used to deliver, measure, and improve advertising and analytics. Google’s use of data is governed by its policies, including:

App Tracking Transparency
The App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to help personalize ads. You can allow or decline. If you decline, ads can still appear, but with less personalization.

Word of Tara is a general-audience vocabulary app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where applicable.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process information as follows:

• Provide the App (contract / legitimate interests): local preferences on your device.
• Advertising (consent where required): AdMob data collection based on applicable consent and ATT choices.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing or withdraw consent.

Because most App data stays on your device, you can delete local data by removing the App. For ad-related data processed by Google, you may use your device settings and review Google’s privacy tools.

• On-device data: retained until you delete the App or clear App data.
• Advertising data: retained according to Google’s policies and your consent choices.

Google and Apple may process data in countries other than your own. Their respective privacy policies describe safeguards they use for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
