Antav Global Oü ("Antav Global", "we", "us", or "our") publishes Sprite Tracker, a companion app for iOS that helps you track collectible sprites (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and the choices you have.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• We do not require an account, registration, or sign-in.
• Your sprite collection progress is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate a cloud save service or backend for this App.
• The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect data to deliver and measure ads, as described below.
• In regions where required by law, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for your consent before personalized advertising.
• On supported iOS versions, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt may appear so you can allow or deny cross-app tracking for advertising.
• The App does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or push notifications.

Through our own systems, we do not ask for or collect:

• Email address, phone number, or postal address
• Account login credentials
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data
• Payment card or banking details

The App stores the following locally on your iPhone (for example in on-device storage) to provide its features. This information is not transmitted to Antav Global servers:

• Which sprites you have marked as Collected or Mastered
• Filter and search preferences during your session
• A local count of how many times you have opened the App (used only to control how often full-screen ads may appear)

Deleting the App removes this locally stored data from your device unless you later restore the App from an iOS backup.

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob, including:

• A banner ad at the bottom of the main sprite list (when ads are allowed)
• Full-screen interstitial ads after approximately four minutes of active use, and on every third app open

When ads are shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect and use information such as:

• Device identifiers (including the Identifier for Advertisers if you allow tracking)
• IP address and coarse location derived from IP
• Ad interaction, impression, and performance data
• Diagnostic data related to ad delivery

This data may be used to deliver, measure, personalize (where permitted), and improve advertising, limit ad frequency, and detect fraud.

Google’s use of information is governed by its own policies:

In regions where required (for example the European Economic Area and United Kingdom), the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before personalized advertising where applicable.

You can review or change ad privacy choices at any time in the App under Settings → Ad privacy choices (when that option is available).

If you decline personalized advertising or cross-app tracking, you may still see contextual or non-personalized ads.

On iOS 14.5 and later, after applicable consent flows, the App may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether the App may track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising.

You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.

The App includes third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may process data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — Display and measure advertisements
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — Collect and manage ad consent where required

We do not control how these third parties process data. Please review Google’s privacy documentation for more information.

Sprite Tracker is a general-audience utility app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us using the details in Section 12 and we will take appropriate steps.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process information as follows:

• Providing the App and storing progress on your device — Performance of a contract / legitimate interests
• Displaying ads and related SDK processing — Consent where required; legitimate interests otherwise
• ATT and UMP consent prompts — Consent

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing or withdraw consent.

Because most App data stays on your device, you can delete local data by removing the App. For ad-related data processed by Google, use the in-app ad privacy choices, your device settings, and Google’s privacy tools at https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy

• On-device progress data: Retained until you delete the App or reset progress through the App.
• Advertising data: Retained according to Google’s policies and your consent choices.

Google and its partners may process data in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe safeguards used for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy at the URL below and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
