Antav Global (“we”, “us”, or “our”) publishes Learn Morse – Fast and Easy, a mobile Morse code learning and practice app for iOS (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and how it is handled.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• We do not require an account or registration.
• Quiz progress, scores, streaks, and similar gameplay data stay on your device and are not sent to our servers.
• We do not operate our own backend or cloud save service for the App.
• The App shows ads through Google AdMob (banner on the main menu; full-screen interstitial after a quiz round ends or is lost).
• We do not sell your personal information.

Through our own systems, we do not ask for or collect:

• Email address, phone number, or postal address
• Account login credentials
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data
• Payment card or banking details

The App may store data locally on your iPhone to provide gameplay and settings. This information is not transmitted to Antav Global servers, for example:

• Scores, streaks, and question counts for the current session
• Round progress (lives and questions within a round)
• In-session quiz state

Deleting the App removes this locally stored data from your device, unless it remains in an iOS backup you restore later.

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including:

• Banner ads on the main menu
• Full-screen interstitial ads after you finish a quiz round or lose a round (run out of lives)

When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as:

• Device identifiers (including advertising identifiers, where permitted)
• Coarse location (for example, derived from IP address)
• Ad interaction and performance data
• Diagnostic or technical data related to ad delivery

This data may be used to deliver, measure, and improve advertising. Google’s use of data is governed by its policies, including:

Ad consent and your choices

Where required (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent before personalized ads are served. You can change or withdraw consent using the privacy/consent options presented by the consent form or through your device settings (including Limit Ad Tracking / App Tracking Transparency where applicable).

You may also reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings.

We do not operate a separate first-party analytics service in the App. Advertising partners (such as Google) may use identifiers and similar technologies for ad measurement as described above and in their policies.

The App is a general learning tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own systems. If you believe a child has provided personal information via advertising partners, please contact us and we will help address it as appropriate under applicable law and partner processes.

• Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear app data.
• Ad-related data retained by Google is subject to Google’s retention practices.

Google and its partners may process ad-related data on servers outside your country of residence. Where required, such transfers are handled under their applicable safeguards and policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing (including personalized advertising). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
