1. Introduction

Antav Global ("we", "us", or "our") publishes Daily Mind Mix, a mobile puzzle and trivia app for iOS (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and how we handle it.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. SUMMARY
- We do not require an account or registration.
- Most game data (scores, coins, settings, display name) stays on your device only and is not sent to our servers.
- We do not operate our own backend or cloud save service for the App.
- If you have not purchased Ad-Free, the App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect data as described below.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Optional local notifications are scheduled on your device; we do not use remote push notifications.
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT DIRECTLY
We do not ask for or collect the following through our own systems:
- Email address, phone number, or postal address
- Account login credentials
- Precise GPS location
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data
- Payment card or banking details (Apple handles all payments)
3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The App stores the following locally on your iPhone or iPad (for example in on-device storage) to provide gameplay and settings. This information is not transmitted to Antav Global servers:
- Display name you choose (default: "Player")
- Game progress, scores, and personal records
- Virtual coins and hints
- Daily round usage and bonus rounds
- Sound, haptics, and appearance preferences
- A local record of in-app purchases you have made (to restore unlocks when StoreKit sync is delayed)
- Notification preferences and timestamps used to schedule reminders
Deleting the App removes this locally stored data from your device unless iOS retains backups you restore later.
4. IN-APP PURCHASES
The App offers optional non-consumable in-app purchases (for example Ad-Free, game mode unlocks, and bundles) through Apple's App Store and StoreKit.
- Apple processes payment and may collect information needed to complete the transaction.
- We receive confirmation of purchase entitlements through Apple's systems so the App can unlock features.
- We do not receive your payment card number or Apple ID password.
- You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore purchases" option in the App's Store.

5. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
If you have not purchased Ad-Free, the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including:
- Banner ads on the main menu and during gameplay
- Full-screen interstitial ads between game rounds
- Rewarded video ads when you choose to watch an ad for an extra round
When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as:
- Device identifiers
- Coarse location (for example derived from IP address)
- Ad interaction and performance data
- Diagnostic and crash-related data related to ad delivery
This data may be used to deliver, measure, and improve advertising and analytics. Google's use of data is governed by its policies, including:

Ad consent and your choices
In regions where required (for example the European Economic Area and United Kingdom), the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before personalized advertising where applicable.
You can review or change ad privacy choices at any time in the App under Settings → Ad privacy choices (when ads are enabled).
Purchasing Ad-Free disables ads and stops initialization of the ad SDK for your use of the App.
App Tracking Transparency
The App does not currently display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt to access the advertising identifier (IDFA). Advertising partners may still use other permitted identifiers and technologies (such as SKAdNetwork) subject to your device settings and consent choices.
6. NOTIFICATIONS
The App can send optional local notifications to remind you about daily puzzles if you enable them. These reminders are scheduled on your device; we do not send remote push notifications and we do not receive a push token from Apple on our servers.
You can turn notifications off in the App's Settings or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Daily Mind Mix.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Daily Mind Mix is a general-audience puzzle app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where applicable.
8. LEGAL BASES (EEA / UK USERS)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process information as follows:
- Provide the App (contract / legitimate interests): local gameplay data on your device; purchase entitlements via Apple.
- Advertising (consent where required): AdMob data collection when you have not purchased Ad-Free, based on UMP consent where applicable.
- Notifications (consent): only if you opt in to notifications in the App and grant iOS permission.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing or withdraw consent.
Because most App data stays on your device, you can delete local data by removing the App. For ad-related data processed by Google, you may use the in-app ad privacy choices and your device settings, and review Google's privacy tools.

10. DATA RETENTION
- On-device data: retained until you delete the App or reset the data through normal use.
- Purchase entitlements: managed by Apple; we keep a local cache on your device to support restore.
- Advertising data: retained according to Google's policies and your consent choices.
11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Google and Apple may process data in countries other than your own. Their respective privacy policies describe safeguards they use for international transfers.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
